【摘要】 目的探讨脑缺血溶栓血流分级对前循环缺血性进展性卒中早期诊断的价值。方法 200例急性前循环缺血性卒中患者,根据病情进展与否分为进展组(62例)和非进展组(138例),回顾分析患者入院24h内行经颅多普勒观察大脑中动脉脑缺血溶栓血流分级,比较两组患者的差异,分析脑缺血溶栓血流分级对前循环进展性卒中是否具有早期诊断价值。结果 138例非进展性卒中患者,TIBI分级0~3级13例,4级35例,5级90例,62例进展性卒中患者中,TIBI分级0~3级10例,4级25例,5级27例,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑缺血溶栓血流分级对急性前循环进展性卒中患者的早期诊断具有一定参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical application value of thrombolysis in brain ischemia by transcranial Doppler flow grading to early diagnosis of anterior circulation stroke in progression. Methods Two hundred patients with acute anterior circulation ischemic stroke were divided into progressive group (n=62) and stable group (n=138). All patients were examined with thrombolysis in brain ischemia by transcranial Doppler flow grading in 24 h after admission. Results Of the 138 non-progressive anterior circulation stroke patients, the TIBI flow grading 0~3 in 13 patients, 4 grading in 35 patients and 5 grading in 90 patients. Of the 62 progressive anterior circulation stroke patients, the TIBI flow grading 0~3, 4 and 5 were 10, 25 and 27 patients, respectively. There was statistical difference among the above mentioned two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Thrombolysis in brain ischemia by transcranial Doppler flow grading is valuable for the early diagnosis of anterior circulation stroke in progression.更多还原
