负压吸引人工流产术前米索前列醇的应用效果观察

【摘要】 目的观察米索前列醇在负压吸引人工流产术终止早期妊娠中的临床效果。方法对我中心2009-2011年间行负压吸引人工流产术终止早期妊娠的120例患者资料进行回顾性分析,根据术前有无使用米索前列醇分成实验组62例和对照组58例,观察两组患者术中宫颈软化程度、术中出血量、手术时间、术中镇痛效果、术中人流综合征发生率以及术后组织残留的相关情况。结果实验组在术中宫颈软化程度、术中镇痛效果均比对照组好,两组间比较P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。实验组在术中出血量、手术时间、人工流产综合征发生率、术后组织残留上均比对照组低,两组间比较P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论米索前列醇在负压吸引人工流产术终止早期妊娠中可以软化宫颈、减轻术中疼痛、缩短手术时间、降低术中出血量及人工流产综合征的发生率,对减少人流不全的发生有较好的临床效果。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of misoprostol in suction abortion in order to end early pregnancy. Methods A retrospective analysis was applied to 120 patients undergoing induced abortion by negative pressure from 2009 to 2011. According to whether the misoprostol was used preoperative, the patients were divided into two groups: the study group (n=62) and the control group (n=58). The degree of cervical softening, the blood loss, the operative time, the analgesic effect, and the incidence of abortion surgery syndrome and postoperative tissue residues of the two groups were observed. Results The study group had a significantly better cervical softening degree and analgesic effect than the control group during the surgery, P<0.05. The study group had lower blood loss, shorter operative time, lower incidence of abortion syndrome than the control group and lower rate of postoperative tissue residues, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Misoprostol can soften the cervix, improve the analgesic effect, reduce the blood loss, reduce the operative time, and reduce the incidence of abortion syndrome, which has desired clinical effect on induced abortion under negative pressure to end early pregnancy.
