【摘要】 目的探讨护理风险管理在重症监护室(IntensiveCareUnit,ICU)中的应用效果。方法将2011年5月至2012年5月我院收治的150例ICU重症监护患者纳入本研究,随机分为试验组和对照组两组,各75例。对照组患者给予常规的临床护理及生活照料,而试验组患者在此基础上将风险管理应用于护理工作中,观察两组患者对护理工作满意度的差异以及护理风险事件、护理质量的差异。结果实施风险管理后,试验组患者对护理工作的满意度较对照组明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者护理风险事件较对照组明显减少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理质量较对照组明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在ICU重症监护室护理管理中,应用风险管理可提高护理质量以及患者对护理工作的满意度,减少护理风险事件的发生,有效地减少医疗风险和事故的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application effect of risk management in ICU nursing. Methods 150 ICU patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group who were treated from May 2011 to May 2012. Among them, 75 cases werein experimental group, and 75 cases in the control group. Patients in the control group only received routine clinical care and life care, meanwhile risk management was applicated in nursing work in the patients of experimental group on the basis of control group. The difference of these in two groups was analyzed on the nursing job satisfaction as well as the nursing risk events and quality of nursing. Results After the application of risk management, the experimental group patients’ satisfaction was significantly increased (P<0.05). The experimental group patients nursing risk events decreased obviously than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of risk management can improve nursing quality and the patients’ satisfaction, reduce the amouts of nursing risk events, and reduce the medical risks and accidents effectively.更多还原
