【摘要】 目的探讨显微镜下电刀扁桃体切除的临床应用价值。方法将2010年1月到2012年1月来我科治疗的108例需行双侧扁桃体切除的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组54例,所有病例均在插管全麻下完成,观察组行显微镜下电刀双侧扁桃体切除术,对照组行常规的扁桃体剥离术,观察两组的手术时间、术中出血量、白膜脱落的时间、术后出血情况,对两组病例的上述指标进行对比分析。结果观察组、对照组的手术时间分别为(14.17±2.29)min、(33.00±3.71)min,术中出血量分别为(4.44±1.03)ml、(15.27±1.75)ml,两组比较差异均有统计学意义。两组的白膜脱落时间比较差异无统计学意义。结论显微镜下电刀切除扁桃体相具有亮度好、视野清晰、能清楚辨认扁桃体被膜、手术时间短、术中、术后出血少等优点,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical application value of tonsillectomy with electrotome under the microscope. Methods One hundred and eight patients treated in our department from January 2008 to January 2012 who scheduled for tonsillectomy were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 54 cases in each group. Under general anesthesia, patients in the observation group were treated by tonsillectomy with electrotome under the microscope, while those in the control group were treated with conventional tonsillectomy. The operation duration, intraoperatve blood loss, the time of albuginea shedding, and postoperative bleeding were compared between the two groups. Results The operation duration of the observation group and the control group were (15±3.2) min and (35±4.5) min, respectively, and the intraoperatve blood loss were (4.3±1.5) ml and (15.8±1.6) ml, respectively, both showing statistically significant difference between the two groups. The difference in albuginea shedding time in two groups was not significant, postoperative bleeding occurred in 2 patients in the observation group and 8 patients in the control group. Conclusion Tonsillectomy with electrotome under the microscope has good brightness, clear vision, clear tonsillar capsule, short operation duration, and few bleeding in the surgery and after surgery, which is valuable to be extended in clinic.更多还原
