【摘要】 目的探讨持续性护理干预对脑卒中患者生活质量的影响。方法将2009年12月至2011年12月我院收治的278例脑卒中患者随机分为对照组和干预组。对照组采用常规护理模式,干预组采用持续性综合护理。采用生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI)对两组患者的生活质量进行评定。结果与对照组比较,干预组患者生活质量指标评分均显著高于对照组。干预组患者在物质生活、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能的评分均值分别为93.4分,93.0分,89.6分和90.6分,而对照组相对应的评分均值为62.4分,70.8分,58.4分和51.2分;干预组和对照组的GQOLI总分分别为92.8分和63.1分;各指标的组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论持续性护理干预可显著提高脑卒中患者生活质量,值得推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of long-enduring nursing intervention on the quality of life of stroke patients. Methods Two hundred and seventy-eight patients with stroke admitted in our hospital from 2009 to 2011 were randomly divided into the control group (n=139) and the intervention group (n=139). Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing, while those in the intervention group were treated with long-enduring nursing. The quality of life of patients in the two groups was evaluated by GQOLI. Results Compared with control group, significantly higher scores of life quality were obtained in the intervention group. The scores of material life,physical function, psychological function and social function were 93.4, 93.0, 89.6, 90.6 in the intervention group and 62.4, 70.8, 58.4, 51.2 in the control group, respectively. The total scores of GQOLI assessment for the intervention group and control group were 92.8 and 63.1, respectively, with statistically significant difference between the two groups in all the indexes (P<0.05). Conclusion The quality of life in patients with stroke can be effectively improved with long-enduring nursing intervention.更多还原
