【摘要】 目的研究促血管生成素-1(Ang-1)与反复自然流产(RSA)之间的相关性,探讨RSA的病因。方法选择33例RSA患者和37例健康早孕人工流产妇女的绒毛膜组织,经免疫组化法检测其Ang-1的蛋白表达水平,并结合相应临床参数进行分析。结果自然流产组绒毛膜组织中Ang-1的表达高于人工流产组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组Ang-1的表达均与年龄无关(P>0.05);自然流产组Ang-1的表达与胚胎孕周呈正相关(P<0.05),而人工流产组Ang-1的表达与胚胎孕周无关(P>0.05)。结论 Ang-1的高表达可能是造成自然流产的原因之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between angiopoietin-1 and recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA).Methods The expression levels of angiopoietin-1 in chorion of 33 patients with RSA(the study group) and 37 healthy early pregnant women undergoing artificial abortion(the control group) were detected by immunohistochemistry.The correlation between expression and clinicopathological parameters was also analyzed.Results The expression level of angiopoietin-1 in the study group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The expression of angiopoietin-1 in the two groups was not correlated with age(P>0.05).The expression of angiopoietin-1 was correlated with the fetal gestational age in the study group(P<0.05),but not in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The high expression of Angiopoietin-1 might be one of the reasons for spontaneous abortion.更多还原
