【摘要】 采用问卷调查、实地数据收集、座谈、走访等形式对水城县盐井基地单元进行实地调查,初步调查了合作社专业化服务队的运行状况及基地单元现代烟草农业建设情况。调研结果表明:从专业化服务队运行情况来看,育苗、分级专业化服务队运行较好,且取得了一定的效益;机耕、植保、起垄、烘烤专业化服务队运行状况依然存在一定问题;通过对合力合作社专业服务队人员配置的理论测算,提出了服务队队员人数配置的合理化建议,同时提出了专业服务队建设中的几点思考与建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Questionnaire survey,data collection,interview were carried on the investigation of Shuicheng Yanjing cooperation,the operational status and modern tobacco construction was surveyed.The results showed that culture seedling,tobacco classification showed better,which get better benefits for the specialized operational processing,land plowing,plant protection,high ridging,baking had some problems,from the theoretical calculation of Heli cooperation,rational proposals was put forward on the specialized service construction.更多还原
