【摘要】 目的观察中医外治法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法运用中医外治法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变之多神经病变、单神经病变53例,并以单纯西医药治疗50例为对照组,观察、比较两组的临床疗效。结果两组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05,中医外治法治疗组效果高于单纯西医药对照组。结论中医外治法对治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有确切效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods External treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine was used to treat 53 patients of diabetic peripheral neuropathy and pure western medicine to treat 50 cases as control group,we observed and compared the clinical curative effect of the two groups. Results The patients who have received additional external therapies of TCM can achieve more effective treatment than those in the matched group who are given western medicine only. Conclusion The curative effect of external therapies of TCM is exactly and deserves further research with the addition of popularization and application in the clinic.更多还原
