【摘要】 目的探讨椎弓根螺钉系统结合可注射型硫酸钙植骨治疗创伤性胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法采用后路短节段椎弓根螺钉系统固定结合可注射型硫酸钙治疗22例无神经功能障碍的创伤性胸腰椎新鲜骨折病人。在术前、术后即刻、术后一年时,随访观察椎体前缘高度、后凸Cobb角及worter指数的变化。结果全部患者得到随访;术后即刻椎体前缘高度、后凸Cobb角及worter指数与术前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后即刻与术后1年相比,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。所有患者均无内固定弯曲、松动及断裂现象。结论后路椎弓根螺钉系统结合可注射型硫酸钙植骨治疗创伤性胸腰椎骨折是一种安全有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Study of pedicle screw system with injectable calcium sulfate bone graft in the treatment of traumatic thoracolumbar spine fractures.Methods The posterior short segment pedicle screw fixation system with injectable calcium sulfate in treatment of 22 cases of thoracic and lumbar vertebrae without nerve dysfunction fresh fracture patients.In the preoperativeperiod,immediately after surgery,postoperative year,follow-up observation of anterior vertebral body height,kyphosis angle Cobb and worter index change.Results All patients were followed up;the immediate postoperative anterior vertebral body height,kyphosis angle Cobb and worter index compared with those before operation had significant difference(P<0.05),immediately after and 1 years after surgery,no statistical significance(P>0.05).All patients had no internal fixation loosening,bending and fracture phenomena.Conclusion Posterior pedicle screw system with injectable calcium sulfate bone graft in the treatment of traumatic fractures of the thoracic and lumbar spine is a safe and effective treatment method.更多还原
