【摘要】 目的研究抑郁症患者血清干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)和白介素10(IL-10)与血清神经生长因子(NGF)、神经营养因子3(NT-3)是否相关。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试剂对31例抑郁症患者血清IFN-γ和、IL-10、NGF、NT-3水平进行检测。结果抑郁症血清IFN-γ水平与NGF呈正相关(P<0.05),患者血清IL-10水平与NT-3呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论抑郁症患者血清神经营养因子水平的变化与细胞因子的变化有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the serum levels of IFN-γand IL-10in patients with depression,and analyze any possible correlation of IFN-γ,IL-10with NGF,NT-3.Methods The levels of IFN-γ,IL-10,NGF,NT-3were evaluated by ELSIA in 31patients.Results It was found that the serum level of IFN-γwas correlated with level of NGF(P<0.05).The serum level of IL-10was correlated with level of NT-3(P<0.05).Conclusion The data suggest that the immunity activating response of depression patients influence the serum level of neurotrophic factors.更多还原
