新型磷溴复合环氧树脂的合成研究
The Study of a New Kind of P-Br Epoxy Resin
【摘要】 双酚A型环氧树脂E-51、四溴双酚A及10-(2,5-二羟基苯基)-10-氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(ODOPB)在催化剂四乙基溴化铵下反应,合成了一种新型磷溴复合环氧树脂,探讨了催化剂的量、反应温度、反应时间等影响因素,得出了最佳反应条件:在160℃下,添加0.3wt%催化剂四乙基溴化铵,反应3~4 h,可以得到均一透明的,淡黄色复合环氧树脂。并对产品进行了环氧值、分子量、氧指数的测定,结果表明合成的磷溴复合环氧树脂分子量在3000左右,环氧值在1.0左右,氧指数高达35以上,阻燃性能良好。
【Abstract】 The synthesis of a new kind of epoxy resin was prepared by the reaction of epoxy resin E-51 with tetrabromobisphenol A dibromoprop and ODOPB,using tetraethylammonium bromide as the catalyst.Then the effects of the dosage of catalyst,reaction temperature,reaction time,etc.factors were explored.The optimal reaction conditions finally determined were at 160 ℃,tetraethylammonium bromide,0.3%,and the reaction time of 3 ~ 4 h.Through the study of the P-Br epoxy resin,results showed that the molecular weight was about 3000,the epoxy value was 0.1 or so,and the oxygen index was above 35,and the epoxy resin had better flame-retardant function.
