气相色谱-质谱联用测定地表水中氯苯类化合物

【摘要】 建立了一种气相色谱质谱联用法测定地表水中12种氯苯类化合物的方法。水样用石油醚萃取,萃取液经无水硫酸钠脱水后在适宜的色谱条件下进样分析,12种氯苯类化合物的加标回收率均在90%~105%之间,精密度均在5.0%以下。该方法具有方便、快速、干扰少、灵敏度和选择性高等特点,可用于地表水中氯苯类化合物的测定。

【Abstract】 A method was developed,which using gas chromatography and mass spectrometry(GC-MS) method,12 kinds of chlorobenzene compounds in ground water were determined. The sample was extracted with mineral ether,and the extraction was injected into the GC system for analysis after dehydration by sodium sulfate anhydrite. The recovery rates of these compounds were between 90. 0% and 105% and the relative standard deviations were below 5. 0%. The method was precise and fast with high sensitivity,small sample size,simple pretreatment and high selectivity,which can be used to determine chlorobenzene compounds.
