【摘要】 为了进一步提高试卷质量,反馈教学效果,对2009级制药工程专业105名学生的药物合成反应期末考试试卷进行了统计分析和评估。考试成绩为37~99分,平均分为77.53,信度为0.579,试卷平均难度为0.775,区分度为0.374,学生总失分率为35.5%。结果表明:考试成绩可以信赖,题型分配较全面,成绩分布较合理,区分度适中,但反应机理题失分率偏高。提示需要改进试卷难度,改革教学方法,培养学生的综合运用能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 For the purpose of improving the quality of the test paper and feeding back the effect of education,statistical analysis on all the test papers of Drug Synthesis Reactions of the pharmaceutical engineering major of year 2009was carried out. The score of tests were range from 37 to 99,the average score was 77. 53,the reliability was 0. 579,the degree of difficulty was 0. 775,the discrimination was 0. 374 and total loss fraction was 35. 5%. The result showed that the test paper was reliable because of comprehensive test items,reasonable score distribution,high loss points in the reaction mechanisMPart and it can totally reflected the degree of grasping on the course. It suggested that through improvement of the degree of difficulty of the test paper and reform the teaching methods,students’ practical abilities of using professional knowledge in their work can be cultivated.更多还原
