【摘要】 采用乙醇回流法从不同采收期的龙眼叶中提取黄酮类物质,并用紫外分光光度法测定其总黄酮含量。结果显示不同采收季节的龙眼叶中黄酮含量有所差异,其中以1月、7月、9月、11月含量较高,5月、8月、10月含量较低,总黄酮含量波动范围14%-19%,可适当注意不同采收期对其质量的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 The influence of total flavone from Longan leaves in different harvest time was studied.The leaves were collected each weak within one year.The total flavone was extracted by ethanol as the solvent with circumfluence extraction method and the content of the total flavone was dertermined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry method.The content of total flavone(14% - 19%) in Longan leaves changed in different harvest time.The content of total flavone was higher in January,July,September and November.The result showed harvest time had a little influence for the quality of the total flavone in Longan leaves.更多还原
