紫外分光光度法测定食品包装用纸中的荧光增白剂

【摘要】 以pH为9.0的氢氧化钠为提取剂,对纸样中的荧光增白剂进行提取,采用紫外分光光度法于波长350 nm对提取液中的多种荧光增白剂进行同时测定,以荧光增白剂VBL的含量表示被测试样中荧光增白剂总含量。本测定方法的线性范围为0.1~3 g/kg,在此范围内R2=0.9992;方法检出限为0.03 g/kg,定量限为0.1 g/kg。对于标加浓度为0.2 mg/kg、1 mg/kg和3 mg/kg的样品,回收率为95.6%~108%,标准偏差为2.1%~4.3%(n=3)。

【Abstract】 Sodium hydroxide solution of pH 9.0 was selected as the extraction agent to extract fluorescent whitening agents in paper samples and UV spectrophotometer was worked at a wavelength of 350 nm to simultaneously determine the fluorescent whitening agents.The total content of the fluorescent whitening agents in sample was expressed by the content of fluorescent whitening agent VBL.The linear range of determination was 0.1 ~ 3 g/kg and R2 = 0.9992,the method detection limit was 0.03 g/kg,and the limit of quantification was 0.1 g/kg.The relative recovery of fluorescent whitening agents for paper samples spiked at 0.2 mg/kg,1 mg/kg and 3 mg/kg,respectively,was in the range of 95.6% ~ 108% with the RSDs(n = 3) of 2.1% ~ 4.3%.
