【Abstract】 Advances in the synthesis of mesoporous silica thin films were reviewed.The synthesis methodologies for mesoporous silica thin films based on the template of surfactant micelle were emphatically discussed.Among them,the phase interface epitaxial growth and solvent evaporation induced self-assembly became two successful techniques of this method.Moreover,a brief statement on the application of mesoporous silica films in some areas were proposed,including the reaction device for nanoparticle in the film,microelectronic and optoelectronic sensor,etc.更多还原
