固定床富氧气氛煅烧脱除硅灰中残碳的研究

【摘要】 硅铁冶炼的副产品硅灰主要成分是SiO2,因含有一定量残碳杂质使颜色较深,影响了其使用范围,本研究采用在富氧气氛中煅烧方法脱除硅灰中残碳。实验研究表明当固定床煅烧炉内氧气浓度为32%时,在900℃条件下煅烧3 h硅灰最大白度可达71.9。通过SEM发现煅烧可有效去除硅灰颗粒表面残碳,但在煅烧过程中硅灰颗粒间发生团聚现象,粒径变大。本研究结论可为硅灰煅烧脱碳提纯提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 The main component of silica ash that was byproduct of smelting ferrosilicon was SiO2.Because silica ash contained a certain amount of residual carbon,it was darker in color and its scope of use was affected.The residual carbon was removed by calcination with rich oxygen.The results showed that the whiteness of silica ash can be up to 71.9 when the oxygen concentration was 32% in the fixed-bed calciner at 900 ℃ for 3 h.The calcination found by SEM can effectively remove the carbon residue on the surface of silica ash particles,but the agglomeration of silica ash particles occurs during calcination to make particle diameter larger.The conclusions of this study provided a theoretical basis for the decarburization of silica ash.
