《材料热力学》教学团队对教师的提升作用
Effects of Teaching Team on the Teachers’ Self-Improvement in Thermodynamics of Materisls Bilingual Course
【摘要】 《材料热力学》作为双语教学的专业基础课程,对任课教师的专业性提出了很高的要求。《材料热力学》教学团队的建设,可以从教学设计能力、反思和总结教学成功经验能力、教育教学交往能力等方面提高教师的教学能力,对于提高课程的教学质量和促进教师的专业性成长具有重要的意义。
【Abstract】 As a professional basic course,a very high request to the teachers’ professionalism in Thermodynamic of Materials bilingual teaching was put forward.The well-built teacher team was good for the teacher self-improvement in many aspects,such as teaching design ability,teaching reflection and summary ability,teaching communication capability and so on.It had the vital significance both in the development of teachers’ professionalism and the promotion of teaching quality.
