原子吸收光谱法测定一些中药中的重要微量元素
Determination of Important Trace Elements in Some Chinese Traditional Medicines by Atomic Absorption Spectrometry
【摘要】 选用黄芪、甘草、合欢花三种治疗心血管病的中药,用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定了其中四种人体必需的微量元素Fe、Zn、Mn、Mg的含量,以期为医学工作者提供相关依据。选用4∶1的HNO3-HClO4混酸体系作为消化液进行样品消解。选取各样品,对各种测定元素做了加标回收实验,回收率较高。
【Abstract】 Trace elements,including Fe,Mg,Mn and Zn in three kinds of Chinese traditional medicines of astragalus licorice albizzia flower were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry in order to provide evidences for medical workers.The samples were digested with HNO3-HClO4 with a proportion of 4:1.Recovery ratio was high when the sample was used for the recovery experiments.
