微波催化酰基四唑重排法合成1,3,4-噁二唑

【摘要】 在微波辐射条件下,5-苯基-1H-四唑与对苯甲酰氯反应合成2-苯基-5-(4-(5-苯基-1,3,4-噁二唑基)苯基)-1,3,4-噁二唑。考察了微波功率、反应时间和加入吡啶的量对反应的影响。结果表明:462 W微波功率,反应时间10 min,吡啶量0.5 mL时,反应条件最优化,产率为81.6%。相同投料的情况下,传统的加热方法 (100℃,反应12 h)的产率仅为15.5%。

【Abstract】 2-phenyl-5-(4-(5-phenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)phenyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole was synthesized by 5-phenyl-1H-tetrazole and terephthaloyl chloride under microwave irradiation.The factors including microwave power,time of irradiation and the amount of pyridine were investigated.The experimental results indicated the yield was 81.6% under conditions of microwave power 462 W,irradiation time 10 min,and pyridine 0.5 mL.Under the same conditions,compared to the conventional method of temperature 100 ℃ and reaction time 12 h,the yield was only 15.5%.
