【摘要】 目的探讨达英—35与二甲双胍联合治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效。方法 PCOS患者84例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各42例,对照组给予达英-35,治疗组给予达英-35+二甲双胍片,在治疗3个疗程后比较两组患者生殖激素、内分泌及代谢指标的变化。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后两组卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素、睾酮、空腹胰岛素、空腹血糖、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇均明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组较对照组下降更为明显(P<0.05);治疗后两组卵巢体积和胰岛素抵抗指数均明显下降(P<0.05),但治疗组较对照组下降更为明显(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组体重指数较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),而对照组无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论达英-35联合二甲双胍能明显改善患者高雄性激素及胰岛素抵抗,是治疗PCOS较为理想的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Diane-35 combined with metformin for treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome( PCOS). Methods Eighty-four patients with PCOS were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group( n = 42) were treated with Diane-35,the patients( n = 42) in the treatment group were treated with Diaen-35 combine with metformin. The changes of reproductive hormones,endocrine and metabolic indicators in two groups were compared after three courses of treatment. Results The levels of follicle stimulating hormone( FSH),luteinizing hormone( LH),testosterone( T),fasting insulin( FINS),fasting blood glucose( FBG), triglycerides( TG),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol( LDL-C) in two groups after treatment decreased significantly compared with those before treatment( P < 0. 05),and the decrease in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). The body mass index after treatment decreased more significantly compare with that before treatment in the treatment group( P < 0. 05),but no significant changes were observed in the control group( P >0. 05). Conclusion Diane-35 combined with metformin can significantly improve the patients’ insulin resistance and high androgen,and it is an ideal therapy for PCOS.更多还原
