【摘要】 目的分析3种清洁手术(甲状腺、乳腺、疝气手术)围术期预防应用抗菌药物干预效果。方法采用回顾性调查方法,分别对干预前后3种清洁手术出院病历围术期预防性用抗菌药物的合理性进行比较。结果经过临床药师干预,围术期预防性用抗菌药物在使用指征、药物选择、用法用量、给药时机、用药时长等方面正确率明显提高。结论临床药师干预3种清洁手术围术期预防性应用抗菌药物是有效的、可行的,对规范围术期合理、安全、有效、经济地预防性应用抗菌药物起到促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of perioperative prophylactic application of antibiotics in three kinds of aseptic operations( thyroidectomy,mastectomy or herniaorrhaphy). Methods A retrospective survey was conducted to analyze the rational and prophylactic use of antibiotics in three kinds of aseptic operations during preioperative period. Results After the intervention of clinical pharmacists,the correct rates of rational-used antibiotics were of remarkable improvements in the medication of noindications,drug selection,usage and dosage,delivery opportunity and delivery time during perioperative period. Conclusion The intervention measures of rational-used antibiotics which are performed by clinical pharmacists in three kinds of aseptic operations during perioperative period are effective and feasible,which can improve obviously the standardization of reasonable,safe,effective and economical use of antibiotics during perioperative period.更多还原
