【摘要】 目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕症患者性激素与腹部脂肪厚度的相关性,为临床治疗提供依据。方法 166例PCOS不孕症患者,于月经期检测性激素,并超声检测腹部及皮下脂肪厚度,对上述各项检测指标进行相关性分析。结果 PCOS不孕症患者的促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)与肝前皮下脂肪厚度及腹部皮下脂肪厚度均呈负相关(P﹤0.05);雌二醇(E2)与肝前皮下脂肪厚度呈负相关(P﹤0.05);睾酮与腹部皮下脂肪厚度呈正相关(P﹤0.05);泌乳素(PRL)则与腹部脂肪厚度无明显相关关系(P>0.05)。结论 PCOS不孕症患者部分性激素与腹腔内及皮下脂肪厚度有关,在临床诊治时应综合考虑多方因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the correlation between sex hormones and abdominal fat thickness in infertility women with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),and to provide a basis for treatment of infertility women with PCOS.Methods One hundred and sixty-six infertility women with PCOS were enrolled in the study.Their serum sex hormones was detected during menstrual period while abdominal and subcutaneous fat thickness were detected by ultrasound,and a correlation analysis of the indicators above was performed.Results FSH,LH negatively correlated with liver subcutaneous fat thickness and abdominal subcutaneous fat thickness in infertility women with PCOS(P < 0.05);There was a negative correlation between E2 and liver subcutaneous fat thickness(P < 0.05);And there was a positive correlation between testosterone and abdominal subcutaneous fat thickness(P < 0.05);No significant correlation was found between PRL and abdominal fat thickness(P > 0.05).Conclusion For some sex hormones correlate with intraabdominal and subcutaneous fat thickness in infertility women with PCOS,various factors should be considered in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of such patients.更多还原
