【摘要】 目的探讨乳腺癌彩色多普勒超声表现与c-erbB-2表达的关系。方法 151例乳腺癌患者,术前彩色多普勒超声检查,观察肿瘤大小、内部钙化、周边毛刺征、后方回声衰减、血流分级等表现;术后标本采用免疫组化法检测c-erbB-2表达情况。结果 151例患者中c-erbB-2表达阳性71例(47.0%);肿块超声表现:内部钙化、后方回声衰减、血流Ⅱ～Ⅲ级、有腋窝淋巴结转移与c-erbB-2表达有关(P<0.05),而肿块大小、边缘有无毛刺征与c-erbB-2表达无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论乳腺癌彩色多普勒超声表现与c-erbB-2表达有关联,为临床诊疗计划的制订、预后的判断提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between images of color Doppler ultrasonography and c-erbB-2 express in patients with breast cancer.Methods One hundred and fifty-one patients with breast cancer were detected by color Doppler ultrasonography to observe tumor size,internal calcification,perimeter burr sign,rear echo attenuation,blood flow classification.The postoperative samples were detected for c-erbB-2 expression by immunohistochemical method.Results There were 71 cases of positive expression of c-erbB-2 in 151 patients(47.0%).Ultrasound images of tumors showed that internal calcification,rear echo attenuation,blood flow of grade Ⅱ-Ⅲ and axillary lymph node metastases correlated with c-erbB-2 expression(P < 0.05),and tumor size and perimeter burr sign didn’ t correlated with c-erbB-2 expression significantly(P > 0.05).Conclusion The images of color Doppler ultrasonography correlate with c-erbB-2 expression in patients with breast cancer,which can provide valuable reference for clinical diagnosis plan,treatment and judgment of prognosis.更多还原
