聚乙烯电缆用高温固化SBS胶黏剂的研制
The Thermally Cured SBS-Based Adhesives Used for PE Cable
【摘要】 以苯乙烯—丁二烯—苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物(SBS)为基料,加入过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)作为交联剂,并加入增黏树脂松香甘油酯和炭黑等,制备了SBS热固化型胶黏剂。实验结果表明,130℃条件下DCP对SBS双键起到了交联作用,提高了SBS对聚乙烯的黏结性能;加热也促进SBS与松香甘油酯之间发生交联,进一步提高了胶黏剂自身的强度;剪切强度达到2.0MPa以上,远超目前文献报道同类产品水平。
【Abstract】 Thermally cured SBS adhesives were prepared based on styrene—butadiene—styrene triblock copolymer(SBS),adding in tackifying resin ester gum,carbon black,and using dicumyl peroxide(DCP) as crosslinking agent.The experiment results show that at 130 ℃,DCP could effectively promote the crosslinking possibility between the double bond in the SBS structure,and in turn,improve the bonding performance of SBS-based adhesive with polyethylene.Also it is found that heating will promote the crosslinking between SBS and tackifying resin ester gum,such that the shear strength of SBS adhesive bonding polyethylene plates is greater than 2.0 MPa,which is fairly higher than those of the currently reported adhesive with similar components.
