水分散型阳离子聚丙烯酰胺在造纸废水处理中的应用
Application of water dispersive cationic polyacrylamide to the treatment of wastewater from paper making
【摘要】 研究了水分散型阳离子聚丙烯酰胺处理造纸废水时的应用情况。研究结果表明:分散型阳离子聚丙烯酰胺与聚合氯化铝复配用于造纸废水的处理,絮凝速度快,可显著降低废水的SS和COD,SS、COD的去除率可分别达到96.8%、87.5%。结合活性炭吸附工艺,处理后出水中的COD可降至100 mg/L以下。
【Abstract】 The application of water dispersive cationic polyacrylamide to the treatment of wastewater from paper making has been investigated.The results indicate that the flocculating speed increases when water dispersive polyacrylamide was composed with polyaluminium chloride.The SS and COD can be effectively decreased,and the removing rates can reach 96.8% and 87.5%,respectively.Furthermore,the COD of treated water can drop to below 100 mg/L by the combination of activated carbon adsorption process.
