二倍维持量粉尘螨滴剂对变应性鼻炎的疗效及脱落率的影响
Effect of two times maintenance dose of dermatophagoides farinae drops on efficacy and expulsion rate of allergic rhinitis
【摘要】 目的探讨二倍维持量粉尘螨滴剂对变应性鼻炎(AR)快速脱敏的疗效及脱落率的影响。方法对173例粉尘螨过敏的AR患者纳入本项开放性对照研究,分为研究组和对照组,研究组采用二倍维持量粉尘螨滴剂舌下含服治疗,并与对照组的常规量脱敏治疗比较,观察两组的疗效、安全性及其对脱落率的影响。结果免疫治疗12个月后,研究组显效率为52.56%,总有效率为84.62%;对照组显效率为23.16%,总有效率为61.05%(P<0.05)。免疫治疗6个月及12个月,研究组的脱落率分别为3.85%、6.41%;对照组分别为15.79%、25.26%(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应均轻微,无严重不良反应病例。结论二倍维持量粉尘螨滴剂脱敏法起效迅速,疗效高且安全,患者依从性好,能显著减少脱落人群,值得临床推广应用。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of two times maintenance dose of dermatophagoides farinae drops on rapid desensitization efficacy and expulsion rate of allergic rhinitis.Methods 173 allergic rhinitis patients sensitive to dermatophagoides farinae were enrolled in this open control study,and divided into the study group and the control group.The study group was treated with sublingual two times maintenance dose of dermatophagoides farinae drops treatment,while the control group was treated with routine dose of desensitization therapy.The curative effect,safety and effect on expulsion rate of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After 12 months of immunotherapy,the markedly effective rate of the study group was 52.56%,and the total effective rate was 84.62%;while the markedly effective rate of the control group was 23.16%,and the total effective rate was 61.05%(P<0.05).After 6 months and 12 months of immunotherapy,the expulsion rate of the study group were 3.85%,6.41% respectively,while that of the control group were 15.79%,25.26% respectively(P<0.05).The adverse reactions of patients in the two groups were both mild,and no serious adverse reactions cases happened.Conclusion Two times maintenance dose of dermatophagoides farinae drops desensitization therapy has rapid onset,good efficacy,safety,good compliance of patients,and can significantly reduce the expulsion population,and is worthy of clinical application.
