【摘要】 目的探讨胃镜下进行胃石取出术的临床护理方法。方法 2010年5月~2012年5月,我院共收治胃石症患者120例,均在胃镜下成功取石,总结其在取石术前、术中以及术后的临床护理经验。结果 120例患者取石的成功率为100%,1年内回访无复发。结论胃镜取石经济方便,无痛苦,无创伤,护理人员除了做好术前、术中以及术后的护理外,健康宣传教育显得极为重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss clinical nursing after endoscopic stone extraction. Methods 120 patients with gastrolithiasis admitted in our hospital from May 2010 to May 2012 received successful endoscopic stone extraction. The study summarized preoperative, perioperative and postoperative clinical nursing experience. Results The success rate of stone extraction among the 120 patients was 100% and there was no relapse during 1-year follow-up. Conclusion Endoscopic stone extraction is economical, convenient, painless and noninvasive. Besides preoperative, perioperative and postoperative nursing care by nurses, health education is also important.更多还原
