【摘要】 目的探讨应用临床护理路径实施健康教育对糖尿病患者出院后遵医行为的影响。方法将2011年12月~2012年11月在本院治疗的2型糖尿病患者根据不同的护理方式分为传统模式教育组和护理路径教育组各60例,观察组应用临床护理路径进行健康教育,对照组采用传统模式进行健康教育,出院时患者均表示已接受并掌握所指导的内容。于患者出院后6个月末采用自行设计的问卷评定遵医行为。结果遵医行为问卷评分观察组6个月末遵医行为明显优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论临床护理路径可以提高糖尿病患者出院后遵医行为,有效提高患者自控能力,增强患者对糖尿病的认识,对控制和稳定血糖有积极意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of implementation of health education by using clinical nursing pathway on the compliance behavior of patients with diabetes after discharge from hospital. Methods The patients with type 2 diabetes from December 2011 to November 2012 in our hospital were divided into the traditional mode education group and the nursing pathway education group according to the different nursing methods, every group had sixty patients. The patients in the observation group were given the health education by using the clinical nursing pathway, while the patients in the control group were given the health education by using the traditional mode, and the patients in the two groups were said to have been accepted and mastered the content of instruction when discharged from hospital. The compliance behavior of patients were evaluated at the end of 6 months after discharge from hospital by the self-designed questionnaire. Results The compliance behavior questionnaire score showed that the compliance behavior of patients at the end of 6 months in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway can improve the compliance behavior of patients with diabetes after discharge from hospital, improve the control ability of patients effectively, enhance the patient’s awareness of diabetes, and which has positive significance on the dominance and stable of blood sugar.更多还原
