【摘要】 目的探讨中西医结合治疗放射性直肠炎的经验。方法对320例经放射治疗后出现放射性直肠炎的患者,随机分为两组,中西医结合组和西医组,治疗10d、20d后观察两组疗效及直肠镜检情况。结果中西医结合组对患者症状改善及增进食欲、改善睡眠及精神状况明显优于西医组(P<0.05),有显著性差异。结论采用中西医结合药物口服加灌肠治疗放射性直肠炎疗效显著,而且安全可靠、无毒副作用,具有广泛的实用性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the experiences of combined treatment of chinese and western medicines for radioactive rectitis. Methods 320 patients suffered radiation proctopathy after the radiation therapy were randomLy divided into two groups,the combined treatment of chinese and western medicines group and western medicine treatment group.The curative effect and proctoscope situation of two groups were observed after the therapy for 10 days and 20 days. Results Compared with western medicine treatment group,the combined treatment of chinese and western medicines group could betterly improve the patients’ symptoms and appetite, improve sleep and mental health(P<0.05). There were significant differences. Conclusion the curative effect of radioactive rectitis by taking the combined treatment of chinese and western medicines drugs and enema method were significant,safe and reliable,non-toxic side effects,and it has broad practicability.更多还原
