【摘要】 目的探讨中西医结合治疗矽肺患者的有效性和安全性。方法选取我院收治的65例矽肺患者,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组33例(口服氨茶碱,抗感染和必要时吸氧等常规治疗)和治疗组32例(在常规治疗的基础上给予中药"自拟克矽汤"水煎服治疗)。比较两组患者的肺功能变化情况、治疗总有效率和不良反应发生率的差异。结果治疗后所有患者的肺活量(VC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)和用力肺活量(FVC)等均得到不同程度的改善,治疗组患者较对照组改善更明显(P<0.05);治疗组的治疗总有效率为93.9%,显著高于对照组的63.6%(P<0.05);两组患者均无不良反应发生,不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用中西医结合治疗矽肺患者安全有效,能显著改善肺功能,提高临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect and safety of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of silicosis. Methods 65 patients with silicosis in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(33 cases,treated with oral theophylline,anti-infective, oxygen and other conventional treatment) and treatment group(32 cases, treated with traditional Chinese medicine "Zinikexi decoction" on the basis of conventional treatment).The pulmonary function changes, total effective rate and adverse reactions rate of two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the VC, FEV1 and FVC of all patients improved in different degrees.Those data of treatment group improved significantly more than control group(P < 0.05); The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.9%, which was significantly higher than 63.6% of control group(P<0.05); Both of two patients had no adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of silicosis is safe and effective.It can significantly improve lung function and clinical outcomes.更多还原
