【摘要】 目的对比观察对老年麻痹性肠梗阻患者的临床治疗及护理效果并分析其临床意义。方法从我院2009年11月~2012年12月收治入院的老年麻痹性肠梗阻患者中选取152例,随机分为观察组与对照组,两组患者均采用中药灌肠疗法进行治疗,对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上加强综合护理干预,对比观察两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组患者治疗依从性、满意度明显高于对照组,焦虑(SAS)与抑郁(SDS)程度、肠鸣音恢复时间与排便时间明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对麻痹性肠梗阻老年患者在实施中药灌肠治疗的过程中加强护理干预,能够有效缓解患者负面情绪,提高其依从性与满意度,加快恢复速度,具有较为理想的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare and observe the clinical treatment and nursing effect of elderly patients with paralytic ileus and analyze its clinical significance. Methods One hundred and fifty-two elderly patients with paralytic ileus in our hospital from November 2009 to December 2012 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The patients in two groups were treated with Chinese drug enema therapy, the patients in the control group received usual care, while the patients in the observation group enhanced comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis. The clinical effect of patients in the two groups were compared and observed.Results The treatment compliance and satisfaction of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the degree of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depressive scale(SDS), bowel sounds recovery time and defecating time were significantly less than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Strengthening nursing interventions in the process of implementing Chinese drug enema therapy for elderly patients with paralytic ileus can effectively alleviate the negative emotion of patients,improve its compliance and satisfaction, accelerate the recovery, and it has the ideal clinical application value.更多还原
