HPA、CK2β与HIF-1α在鼻咽癌组织中协同作用的研究
Study on synergistic effect of HPA, CK2 β and HIF-1 α synergy in nasopharyngeal carcinoma
【摘要】 目的检测乙酰肝素酶(HPA)、蛋白激酶CK2β(CK2β)、缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)在NPC组织中的表达的相关性,分析它们的相互关系。方法采用免疫组织化学染色技术Super-Vision法检测49例鼻咽癌(NPC)组织标本中HPA、CK2β及HIF-1α的表达水平。结果 HPA、CK2β与HIF-1α任意两者间在NPC组织中的表达均呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论在NPC的发生发展过程中,HPA、CK2β和HIF-1α之间存在协同作用,三者之间可能产生一种"连锁效应"促进了NPC的发生发展。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of HPA, CK2βand HIF-1αgene in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) tissues, the relativity of HPA,CK2βand HIF-1αgene in NPC tissues, and analyze the relation between them.Methods HPA, CK2βand HIF-1αwere detected with Super-Vision immunohistochemical method using antibody in49 NPC specimens. Results The expression of HPA, CK2β and HIF-1α in NPC tissue was positively correlated with each other(P < 0.05, separately). Conclusion There could be a positive cooperation among HPA, CK2β and HIF-1α in the carcinogenesis and development of NPC, they may produce a "chain effect" to promote the occurrence and development of NPC.
