【摘要】 目的为减少颌面部创面瘢痕形成,探讨颌面部污染创面的感染预防方法。方法 2011年1月~2012年12月在我院医学美容门诊就诊的80例颌面部污染创面患者,随机分成观察组45例,对照组35例,观察组使用四步法污染创面感染预防方法(污染创面周围皮肤清洁处理、污染创面处理、头孢拉定的使用和健康教育),对照组使用二步法污染创面感染预防方法(污染创面周围皮肤清洁处理、污染创面处理),观察2组感染预防效果。结果观察组45例,有效44例,有效率97.8%;对照组35例,有效25例,有效率71.4%;观察组感染预防有效率极显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x2=19.44,P<0.05)。结论四步法污染创面感染预防方法(污染创面周围皮肤清洁处理、污染创面处理、、服用头孢拉定和健康教育)简单经济,感染预防效果满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the preventive effect of four steps method on the skin infection after contaminate wound healing in maxillofacial region for prevention of healing scar.Methods 80 cases of wound healing in maxillofacial region were randomly divided into treatment group(45 cases,four steps method of prevention of on the skin infection,handling of skin around contaminate wound,treating of contaminate wound,using of cephradine,health teaching) and control group(35 cases,handling of skin around contaminate wound,treating of contaminate wound),to observe the preventive effect of four steps method on the skin infection in two groups.Results The effective cases of treatment group were 44 cases,total effective rate of treatment group was 97.8%,the total effective rate of control group was 71.4%(25/35); the effective rate of treatment group was significantly high than control group(x2=19.44,P < 0.05).Conclusion The four steps method on the skin infection after contaminate wound healing in maxillofacial region are simple and economic,excellent of preventive effect of infection.更多还原
