【摘要】 目的分析脑内脱髓鞘假瘤的MRI影像学特征与病理学特征。方法选取本院2010年8月~2011年8月期间收治的脑内脱髓鞘假瘤患者共8例,均通过手术病理检查证明为脑内脱髓鞘假瘤,术前均接受MRI检查,对比临床病理检查结果与MRI影像学特征。结果 8例患者在发病前并未存在任何前驱感染与诱因,其中5例患者为单发病灶,3例患者为多发病灶。病变部位MRI T2WI表现为稍低信号,而T1WI表现为低信号。对其进行增强扫描后,可见其病变部位呈现半环形强化。对患者的病理结果进行分析可得,病变部位呈典型脱髓鞘,并可见肥胖型的胶质细胞。结论脑内脱髓鞘假瘤具有一定的MRI影像学特点,利用增强扫描能够辅助医生进行临床诊断,但对于疾病的定性仍需采用病理检查法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the MRI imaging features and pathologic features of brain demyelinating pseudotumor(DPT).Methods Eight patients with DPT in our hospital during August 2010 to August 2011 were collected.All patients were confirmed DPT by surgical pathologic examination,and underwent preoperative MRI.The clinical pathological findings and MRI imaging features were compared.Results There were not any prodromal infections and predisposing causes in the 8 patients with DPT,of which 5 cases were single lesion,and 3 cases were multiple lesions.The MRI of lesions showed that T2WI showed slightly low signal,while T1WI showed low signal.The half annular enhancement was showed on the lesions after enhanced scanning.The analysis on pathological findings of patients showed that the lesions showed typical demyelination,and endomorphy type glial cell were found.Conclusion Brain demyelinating pseudotumor has the certain MRI imaging characteristics,using enhanced scanning is helpful for the diagnosis of DPT,but pathological examination method is necessary for the characterization of disease.更多还原
