【摘要】 目的探讨赛霉安乳膏对动物皮肤的刺激作用。方法按照优化的新制备工艺,采用β-环糊精饱和溶液将赛霉安中的主药冰片进行包合得到赛霉安乳膏,将豚鼠按体重随机分为3组(给药组、空白对照组、阳性对照组),观察各剂量组对豚鼠皮肤的刺激性作用的影响。结果给药组的皮肤刺激性明显弱于各对照组。结论赛霉安乳膏的皮肤刺激性、安全性很好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the stimulation of Saimei’an cream on animal skin.Methods According to the new preparation technology of optimization,the Saimei’an cream were made through the inclusion of borneol as main drug of Saimei’an with β-Cyclodextrin saturated solution.The guinea pigs were randomly divided into 3 groups by weight,namely medication administration group,control group,positive control group.The effect of each dose group on stimulation of guinea pigs skin was observed.Results The skin stimulation of medication administration group was significantly weaker than that of the both control group.Conclusion The skin stimulation and security of Saimei’an cream are very good.更多还原
