【摘要】 目的观察硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦片与比索洛尔联合硝苯地平对原发性高血压的治疗效果,探讨其临床适用性。方法选择2012年3月~2013年3月于我院就诊治疗的200例原发性高血压患者,分为实验组100例和对照组100例,对照组患者给予比索洛尔联合硝苯地平口服治疗,实验组患者则采用硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦片口服治疗。观察两组患者的血压控制的有效情况。结果实验组患者服药后的治疗有效率达97.00%,明显高于对照组的90.00%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(x2=4.03,P<0.05)。结论硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦片可以起到很好的降压效果,临床上与比索洛尔联合硝苯地平按照患者的具体临床表现合理应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of the treatment of essential hypertension with irbesartan tabled nifedipine or nifedipine combined with bisoprolol and its clinical efficacy.Methods 200 cases of patients with essential hypertension were selected,100 cases of the control group were treated with bisoprolol tabled nifedipine oral treatment,while 100 cases of the experimental group were then used nifedipine combined with irbesartan.Observed the effective blood pressure control situation.Results The effective rate of experimental patients was 97.00% after treatment,significantly higher than the control patient’s treatment efficiency of 90.00%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(x2=4.03,P < 0.05).Conclusion Nifedipine tabled irbesartan can play a very good antihypertensive effect.更多还原
