【摘要】 目的了解无牙颌患者对全口义齿适应期的长短及影响因素。方法总结近6年口腔门诊无牙颌病例38例,均为初次佩戴全口义齿者。常规制取无牙颌印模,颌位记录及排牙。结果牙槽骨中度吸收患者26例:30 d内适应16例,占61.5%;31~60 d内适应10例,占38.5%。重度吸收患者12例:30 d内适应5例,占41.7%;31~60 d内适应6例,占50%;无法适应1例,占8.3%。年龄在55~65岁患者21例:30 d内适应14例,占66.7%;31~60 d内适应7例,占33.3%。年龄在66~75岁患者17例:30 d内适应7例,占41.2%;31~60 d内适应9例,占52.9%;无法适应1例,占5.9%。结论多数无牙颌患者可在30 d内适应全口义齿,牙槽骨吸收程度及患者年龄可影响适应期的长短。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the duration before acceptance of complete denture and the factors on acceptance.Methods 38 edentulous patients with age between 55 and 75 were chosen for the study.All patients were new wearer of complete denture.Results 16 patients accepted complete denture within 30 days,and 10 patients between 31 and 60 days among 26 patients with middling resorption of residual ridge;5 patients accepted complete denture within 30 days,6 patients between 31 and 60 days,and 1 patient failed to accept denture among 12 patients with serious resorption of residual ridge;14 patients accepted complete denture within 30 days,and 7 patients between 31 and 60 days among 21 patients with age between 55 and 65.7 patients accepted complete denture within 30 days,9 patients between 31 and 60 days and 1 patient failed to accept denture among 17 patients with age between 66 and 75.Conclusion Majority of edentulous patients could accept complete denture within 30 days.Conclusion of residual ridge and the age of edentulous patients may affect the duration of acceptance of complete denture.更多还原
