【摘要】 目的探讨门诊抗菌药物的使用现状,以便更加科学的管理和使用抗菌药物。方法收集2012年1~12月期间的处方36 378张,分析抗菌药物使用处方。结果 36 378张应用抗菌药物的处方为19 883张,占54.66%,存在应用抗菌药指征的为处方有18 684张,占93.97%,单用处方为11 862,占59.66%,二联用处方为7902张,占39.74%,三联用处方为119张,占0.60%;注射用处方为14 866张,占40.87%,口服用处方为18 656张,占51.28%,阿奇霉素的用药品读较高,为6358张,占17.48%。结论门诊抗菌药基本合理规范,但是需要进一步规范管理,以便增强合理安全用药,减少药源性疾病发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the status of antibacterial usage in the outpatient department in order to manage and use the antibacterial more scientifically.Methods A total of 36378 prescriptions from January 2012 to December 2012 were collected,of which the prescriptions using antibacterial were analyzed.Results Of the 36378 prescriptions,19883 were antibacterial prescriptions,accounting for 54.66%;18684 had antibacterial indications,accounting for 93.97%;11862 were single-use prescriptions,accounting for 59.66%,7902 were double combination prescriptions,accounting for 39.74%,and 119 were triple prescriptions,accounting for 0.60%;14866 were injection prescriptions,accounting for 40.87% and 18656 were oral use prescriptions,accounting for 51.28%;The use of azithromycin was common,which was found in 6358 prescriptions,accounting for 17.48%.Conclusion The use of antibacterial is basically rational and standard in the ourpatient department,but further standarization and management is needed in order to enhance rational and safe medication and reduce drug-induced diseases.更多还原
