【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔置管灌洗治疗重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)并发腹腔间隔室综合征(ACS)的临床疗效。方法选取我院2012年1月～2013年5月70例SAP并发ACS患者的资料,根据患者治疗方式分为观察组及对照组,各35例,对照组采用开腹探查引流术治疗,观察组采用腹腔置管灌洗治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果及并发症进行评价。结果观察组患者病程短,与对照组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在显效率、并发症发生率及死亡率等方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔置管灌洗治疗SAP并发ACS,能有效阻断炎性介质对组织器官的损害,并迅速降低腹腔内压力,并发症少,是一种有效简单的治疗措施,值得在临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the curative effect of abdominal cavity set tube lavage in treatment of abdominal compartment syndrome in severe acute pancreatitis. Methods 70 cases of SAP patients complicated with ACS in our hospital from January 2012 to May 2012 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the patient’s treatment methods,35 cases of each group. Control group were given the open probe drainage treatment,observation group abdominal cavity set tube lavage treatment, therapeutic effect and complications of two groups were evaluated. Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter duration,there was statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).The excellence rate,incidence of complications and mortality rate of two groups had no significant difference (P > 0.05). Conclusion Abdominal cavity set tube lavage in treatment of abdominal compartment syndrome in severe acute pancreatitis can effectively block the damage to the tissues and organs of inflammatory medium, quickly reduce intra-abdominal pressure,with fewer complications, and is an effective and simple treatment method,worth of clinical promotion.更多还原
