【摘要】 目的观察穴位注射结合高压氧对小儿脑瘫的治疗效果。方法 36例1~12个月的脑瘫患儿分为治疗组(穴位加高压氧)18例,对照组(穴位)18例,治疗前后观察患儿认知、言语、运动等方面综合功能的改变。结果经3个疗程(每疗程治疗15 d,休息15 d)治疗后,治疗组患儿认知、言语、运动等方面综合功能明显高于对照组(P<0.05),效果较理想。结论穴位加高压氧对于小儿脑瘫的认知、言语、运动等功能改善效果明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupoint injection combined with hyperbaric oxygen for children with cerebral palsy.Methods 36 cases of 1 month to 1 year old children with cerebral palsy were divided into treatment group(acupuncture plus hyperbaric oxygen)of 18 cases and control group(acupuncture) of 18 cases,before and after treatment the change of comprehensive function such as cognitive,speech and movement,etc,were observed.Results After 3 courses(15 d treatment and 15 d rest per course),the change of comprehensive function such as cognitive,speech and movement,etc,of treatment group were significantly higher than that in control group(P < 0.05),the effect was ideal.Conclusion The improvement effect of acupuncture plus hyperbaric oxygen for cognition,speech,movement,and other functions of children with cerebral palsy is obvious.更多还原
