【摘要】 目的分析人性化护理服务模式在自由体位分娩中的效果。方法选取2012年6月~2013年1月在本院分娩的120例初产妇为研究对象,根据患者当时接受的护理模式分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例,其中观察组患者采用自由体位分娩并配合人性化护理服务,对照组患者采用常规护理模式,对比分析两组产妇分娩结局及新生儿情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组第二产程及总产程时间较短,平均出血量较少、新生儿窘迫发生率、感染率较低、产妇VAS疼痛评分较低、新生儿阿氏评分及产妇满意度评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对自由体位分娩产妇应用人性化护理服务模式可缩短产妇产程,降低胎儿窘迫率及感染率,减少产妇出血量,提高产妇满意度,改善护患关系,降低医疗风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the service model of humane care in the free posture childbirth effect.Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into observation group and the control group from June 2012 to January 2013,60 cases in each group,the observation group were treated with the mode of delivery of the free posture combined with humane care services,and the control group were treated with routine care and compared of the two groups maternal birth outcomes and neonatal.Results Two groups were compared,the second stage of labor and total labor time is shorter,less the average amount of bleeding,neonatal distress incidence,infection rates are low,and maternal VAS pain scores,neonatal Apgar score and higher maternal satisfaction ratings,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The application of humane care model can reduce maternal birth process,reduce the rate and infection rate of fetal distress,reduce the amount of maternal hemorrhage,maternal satisfaction,improve the nurse-patient relationship,reduce medical risks of the free posture childbirth maternal.更多还原
