【Abstract】 Cerebral tumor are characterized by deficiency of qi-blood,stagnation of blood,stagnation of phlegmdampness and damage of marrow-sea,and stagnation of phlegm in brain collateral was the basic pathogenesis.Professor Zhou Chang’an has been experienced in treating patients with brain tumor using dialectical classify treatments of traditional Chinese medicine,including clearing heat for calming endogenous wind,reducing phlegm and resolving masses,dispelling stasis and activating collaterals,etc.,and the curative effect is of great credibility.This curative method uses stiff silkorm,centipede,lumbricus,geckos,venenum bufonis,eupolyphaga sinensis to activate blood circulation and dissolve stasis,calm endogenous wind and check tetany,reduce phlegm and resolve masses,soften hardness and activate collaterals.Pharmacological studies have shown that worms Chinese medicine can inhibit tumor growth,improve immunocompetence,promote promotelymphocyte transformation rate and enhance macrophage phagocytosis.Furthermore,it achieves complementarity by adding"modified Erchen Decoction with Kun-Zao"to eliminate sputum and soften hard mass.Xiao Liu Wan are composed of medicine for dispersing stasis and resolving masses,based on those for resolving phlegm;"modified Erchen Decoction with Kun-Zao"consist of medicine mainly for eliminating sputum and softening hard mass,and those for activating blood circulation and dissolving stasis as supplementary.And thus the combination of these two treatments can achieve better curative efficiency.更多还原
