【摘要】 目的探讨防坠床标识在肺癌脑转移患者放疗中的应用效果。方法将经CT或MRI已确诊为肺癌脑转移行放疗的患者按照住院先后随机分为观察组和对照组,在进行常规护理的基础上,观察组建立防坠床标示,比较两组患者住院期间坠床的发生率。结果观察组患者在住院期间坠床事件的发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对肺癌脑转移行放疗的患者住院期间建立防坠床标示,实施针对性的安全护理措施,可明显降低坠床的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effectiveness of setting up the mark that prevents bed-dropping in the patient group of lung cancer with brain metastases during radiotherapy treatment. Methods According to the admission time,allocate the patients into control group and experiment group randomly. All patients were diagnosed as brain metastases of lung cancer by computer tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). On the basis of routine nursing,set up the mark that prevents bed-dropping in the experiment group while no mark is prepared for the control group. The bed-drooping incidence rates during hospitalization were compared between two groups. Results The bed-drooping incidence rate in the experiment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.Statistically,the difference between two groups was significant (P<0.01). Conclusion The bed-drooping incidence rate would decrease by setting up the mark that prevents bed-dropping and implementing the pertinent safety-nursing care in the patient group of brain metastases of lung cancer during radiotherapy treatment.更多还原
