女贞叶醇提取物抗炎镇痛作用的实验研究

【摘要】 目的研究女贞叶醇提取物抗炎镇痛作用。方法选用昆明小鼠和大鼠,每个实验随机分5组,生理盐水组、阳性对照组、女贞叶醇提取物低、中、高剂量组(小鼠10、20、30g/kg,大鼠5、10、15g/kg),分别采用小鼠醋酸致痛、热板致痛,二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀和角叉菜胶诱导大鼠足趾肿胀。观察女贞叶醇提取物抗炎镇痛作用。结果女贞叶醇提取物高剂量能显著提高小鼠痛阀值(P<0.01),并能抑制小鼠耳廓和大鼠足趾肿胀(P<0.05),能减少角叉菜胶所致大鼠炎性渗出液中前列腺素E2的含量。结论女贞叶醇提物具有一定抗炎镇痛作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of anti-inflammatory and relieving pain by the extractive with ethanol of Glossy privet leaf. Methods Mice and rats on the germ line of Kunming were adopted and each experiments had been randomly divided into five groups. They were the group of isotonic Na chloride, the group of positive control, the group of high , middle , low dosages on the extractive with ethanol of Glossy privet leaf (they were 10, 20,30 g/kg on mice and 5,10,15 g/kg on rats). Then we had applied differently the method of inducing pain with acetic acid on mice, the methodof inducing pain with hot plate on mice, the method of inducing swelling on external ear of mice with dimethyl benzene,the method of inducing swelling on digiti pedis of rats with carrageenin to observe the effect of anti-inflammatory andrelieving pain by the extractive with ethanol of Glossy privet leaf. Results The high dosage on the extractive with ethanol of Glossy privet leaf had could raised significantly the numerus of pain threshold on mice (P<0.01) and restrained the swelling on external ear of mice and digiti pedis of rats (P<0.05). The high dosage had also could decreased the content of Pstaglandin-E2in inflamming transudate of rats induced by carrageenin. Conclusion The extractive with ethanol of Glossy privet leaf has the effect of anti-inflammatory and relieving pain.
