【摘要】 目的探讨左乙拉西坦治疗小儿癫痫的疗效及不良反应。方法对116例小儿癫痫患者进行LEV治疗,采用开放性自身对照随访观察,比较治疗前后癫痫发作次数、频率、不良反应等,评价其疗效及安全性。结果治疗后病情得到控制者76例(65.52%),显效23例(19.83%),总有效率为85.34%;治疗后,各类型小儿癫痫的发作次数均有显著减少(P<0.05);不良反应较少(19.83%),治疗2～6周后消失。结论左乙拉西坦治疗小儿癫痫临床疗效显著,是一种安全有效的广谱抗癫痫药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy and adverse effects of treatment for pediatric epilepsy by levetiracetam(LEV). Methods 116 cases of pediatric epilepsy treated by LEV,using of self-control follow-up observation of openness,the number of seizures and the frequency of adverse reactions were compared and the efficacy and safety was evaluated. Results 76 cases(65.52%)were controlled,23 cases(19.83%)were effective and the total efficiency was 85.34%.Seizure frequency was significantly reduced (P < 0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of LEV treatment of pediatric epilepsy is significant and it is a safe and effective broad-spectrum anti-epileptic drugs.更多还原
