【摘要】 目的探讨扁桃体切除术后出血的临床护理。方法对2009年1月～2012年6月施行扁桃体切除术的患者205例采取相应的术前、术后护理措施,观察术后出血的特点及护理措施。结果术后出血12例,出血率为5.85%,10例原发性出血,2例继发性出血,出血患者均得到及时止血,205例手术患者全部痊愈出院。结论掌握患者病情、麻醉、手术方式以及扁桃体术后出血特点,有助提高术后护理质量、减少术后出血几率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the nature and nursing care of postoperative bleeding in patients undergone tonsillectomy.Methods From January 2009 to June 2010,205 consecutive patients uderwent tonsillectomy were studied retrospectively.The nature of postoperative bleeding in patients undergone tonsillectomy and the corresponding nursing management were studied.Results Twelve cases underwent tonsillectomy occurred postoperative bleeding,the rate was 5.85%.Of them,10 cases were primary bleeding,2 secondary bleeding.The postoperative bleeding patients were treated in time and uneventfully.Conclusion Understanding the nature of the postoperative bleeding in patients undergone tonsillectomy by nurse would help to reduce the opportunity of postoperative bleeding.更多还原
