【摘要】 目的总结1例肺癌放疗后脑转移患者PICC置管后发生上腔静脉梗阻的护理方法。方法通过1例上腔静脉梗阻患者的护理,得出了在置入PICC导管前全面评估患者的重要性,密切观察病情变化,做好基础护理,减少并发症的发生等一些体会。结果置入导管后导致上腔静脉梗阻,及时退出导管,未造成严重后果。结论置管前全面评估患者,充分考虑潜在因素,减少并发症的发生,确保患者的安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the nursing methods in dealing with superior vena cava syndrome caused by peripherally inserted central catheters of one case of lung cancer with brain metastasis after radiotherapy.Methods Through the study of nursing of one case of suffering from superior vena cava syndrome,the importance of overall assessments before peripherally inserted central catheters and some experience on precise observation,basic nursing measures and reduction of complications were obtained.Results There was no serious consequence as the PICC was pulled out timely.Conclusion To ensure the safety of patients,the overall assessments on patients,fully considering potential factors and reduction of complications would be necessary.更多还原
