【摘要】 目的分析儿童性皮肌炎的临床特点及治疗效果。方法对2011年4月～2012年4月在笔者所在医院治疗的24例儿童性皮肌炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果儿童性皮肌炎的临床特点是典型皮损、肌无力、肌电图示肌原性损害等。治疗后24例患儿皮损减轻,肌力进步,血清肌酶得到有效降低,并带药出院,1例重症患儿因肺部感染并气胸、纵隔气肿、呼衰而死亡;住院治疗过程中,有1例患儿发生血压轻-中度升高的症状,4例患儿发生上呼吸道感染症状。治疗前后血清心肌酶表达水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对儿童性皮肌炎的临床特点有一个大致的掌握有利于该病的诊断,进行早期诊断和合理治疗可以取得良好的临床治疗效果,并对预后有良好的改善作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical features and curative effect of childhood dermatomyositis.Methods The clinical data of 24 cases of CD patients who were admitted into our hospital from Apr.2011 to Apr.2012 was retrospectively analyzed.Results The clinical features of CD were typical skin lesions,muscular weakness,myogenic lesions in electromyography etc.After treatment,the skin lesions of 24 cases of children were alleviated,muscle strength was improved and the level of serum creatininase was decreased.Finally,they discharged from hospital with drugs.One case of children was dead due to the pulmonary infection accompanied with pneumothorax,mediastinal emphysema and respiratory failure.During the hospitalization,one case of children’s blood presure was mildlymoderately increased and 4 case of children’s the upper respiratory tract was infected.The surum creatininase expression level before and after the treatment was compared and had a statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion The basic grasp of the clinical features of CD can benefit the diagnosis of it.An early diagnosis and rational treatment can obtain a good curative effect and achieve a good improvement effect on prognosis.更多还原
