【摘要】 目的对系统性红斑狼疮患者的超声心动图表现和抗心磷脂抗体表现进行分析,并对两项检查呈阳性的病例结果进行研究,为临床诊断提供参考。方法以2011年6月—2012年12月住院诊治的系统性红斑狼疮患者100例为研究对象,对研究对象分别进行抗心磷脂抗体和超声心动图检查,根据超声心电图检查结果将研究对象分为瓣膜损伤组和无瓣膜损伤组,瓣膜损伤组为27例,无瓣膜损伤组28例。分别对两组研究对象进行抗心磷脂抗体检查,并对两组研究对象的抗心磷脂抗体阳性率进行比较及统计学分析。结果研究对象中超声心动图检查呈阳性的病例为55例,其中心包积液28例,瓣膜病变27例,总阳性率为55.0%,经抗心磷脂抗体检测,瓣膜损伤组阳性15例,阳性率为55.6%,无瓣膜损伤组阳性4例,阳性率为14.3%。瓣膜损伤组研究对象抗心磷脂抗体阳性率高于无瓣膜损伤组,且具有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论超声心动图在系统性红斑狼疮的检查中阳性率较高,抗心磷脂抗体阳性与超声心动图瓣膜损伤阳性具显著的相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze ultrasonic cardiogram representation and anticardiolipin antibodies in systemic lupus erythematosus patients, and the two tests related to the positive cases was studied, which can provide the reference for clinical diagnosis. Methods 100 cases of systemic lupus erythematosus patients in inpatient department from 2011 June — 2012 December were collected, and the research objects was investigation by anticardiolipin antibody and ultrasonic cardiogram examination respectively, according to the ultrasonic cardiogram results of research, objects can be divided into valve injury group and non valvular injury group. The valve injury group was 27 cases, and the no valve injury group was 28 cases. The two groups of subject were checked by anticardiolipin antibody respectively, then the positive rate of anticardiolipin antibody for two groups of subjects was compared and statistically analyzed. Results The results of ultrasonic cardiogram examination object was positive in 55 cases, including 28 cases of pericardial effusion, valvular disease 27 cases, the total positive rate was 55%, with anticardiolipin antibody detection, valvular injury group was positive in 15 cases, the positive rate was 55.6%, no valve injury group, 4 cases were positive, the positive rate was 14.3%. Valve damage anticardiolipin antibody positive rate was higher than the group of subjects without valvular injury group, with significant difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion Ultrasonic cardiogram representation positive rate was higher in systemic lupus erythematosus patients, anticardiolipin antibody positive and ultrasonic cardiogram valve damage positive correlation significantly.更多还原
